CHECKMATE - RT700K test to measure in the field the levels of contaminants in compressor oil and any refrigerant gas
Kit including n° 9 ampoules for oil test and hose
PREDICTIVE SYSTEM FOR THE PROTECTION OF THE COMPRESSOR
Checkmate, the best method to measure in the field the levels of contaminants in compressor oil and any refrigerant gas
Since its introduction on the market in 1995, Checkmate is now used by gas suppliers and those who carry out the recovery / reclamation as well as thousands of maintenance and refrigeration technicians all over the world
The detection vials have been tested to be precise by the main ARI Approved Laboratories such as: ETL and Intertek Testing Services
Overview: The Checkmate method is the only field test in the refrigeration industry to measure contaminant levels in oil in order to prevent the likelihood of compressor failure
Application: Use oil detector tubes to determine contaminants in the oily phase of a working system Detector results are obtained in less than a minute Please view the video on our home page or read the Checkmate manual for detailed instructions.
Construction: Checkmate's body is an aluminum flame holder containing stainless steel needles. The ampoules are made of thick-walled Pyrex glass and are packaged in a nitrogen atmosphere.
Validation: The Checkmate method has been tested to be precise by leading ARI approved laboratories. Checkmate is used by OEMs, refrigerant manufacturers and service technicians worldwide.
Warranty: The Checkmate device is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Complete replacement is subject to inspection. Detector tubes have a lifespan of one (1) year from the date of manufacture. Detector tubes should be stored away from heat to prevent premature expiration.
