HVACR Lubricant KryonLube POE 100 - polyol ester - in IBC tank 1000 liters
KryonLube by GeneralGas - new generation synthetic lubricants for Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems
GeneralGas' fifty years of experience in the refrigerant gas sector for Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, combined with dedicated and continuously evolving research and development, have led to the birth of the new KryonLube line of lubricants. The KryonLube POE series, has been formulated with the specific intent of guaranteeing maximum performance in the presence of refrigerant gases, excellent solubility in the cold gas sucked in by the compressor, a low vapour pressure and a controlled propensity to entrainment in the hot refrigerant, ensuring maximum efficiency under all operating conditions.
The lubricant is composed of polyol esters, made even more high-performance by a modern formulation with additives, which guarantee extremely high chemical and thermal stability.
Performance has been optimised for both traditional HFCs and the new generation of HFO (hydro fluoro olefins) refrigerants with reduced GWP, which GeneralGas proposes and assists in developing.
In addition, KryonLube Esters have an additive that is activated during system operation, neutralising moisture permanently, thus reducing acid formation and preventing corrosion and compressor damage.
The high viscosity indices guarantee compressor protection even at high temperatures, and the low pourpoint offers a wide application range.
Addressing a professional and qualified customer, KryonLube lubricant is packaged exclusively in metal canisters; the canisters are filled automatically via a state-of-the-art line, with an anhydrous nitrogen filling system and automatic capping/sealing device, in order to maintain the lubricant's original characteristics over time.
Our goals in developing the KryonLube line are:
- Maintenance of lubrication performance for the entire service life
- High resistance to hydrolysis
- High compatibility with materials and components of all types of refrigeration and air conditioning systems
- Excellent insulation capabilities
- Counteracts the formation of moisture
- Optimised solubility and miscibility for a wide range of applications
- Low foam formation
- Low toxicity and high biodegradability for a focus on the environment
- Elimination of any type of polymerisation catalyst to increase stability and eliminate any form of lubricant reactivity
GeneralGas' many years of experience in developing advanced technology additive packages, combined with the use of environmentally friendly, high quality raw materials, make the KryonLube lubricant line among the best lubricants available today for the HVACR sector.
