Bending/curving copper tubing for the refrigeration and air conditioning (HVACR) industry can be difficult, especially for large diameter tubing, and requires a lot of time and attention to get the job done professionally.
Furthermore, removing the tube from a traditional mandrel is often a delicate operation.
The VALUE TF-VTB22L battery-operated bending machine saves time and labour, making the job much easier and more precise.
Suitable for 1/4" (6 mm), 5/16" (8 mm), 3/8" (10 mm), 1/2" (12 mm), 5/8" (16 mm), 3/4" (19 mm), 7/8" (22 mm) copper tubing.
By simply pressing the control on the bender, the tube can be bent to any desired angle. When bending is complete, the baffle automatically ejects the tube as the tool resets, helping you to remove the tube effortlessly.
The high-capacity lithium-ion battery allows approximately 90 bends per charge and can be fully recharged in 35 minutes.
